Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Electrician role is based in Austin, TX. The Licensed Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local electrical codes, reading technical drawings, and collaborating with team members and customers to deliver exceptional service. Timeliness, safety, and quality craftsmanship are integral to this position. Qualifications Proficiency in electrical installation, maintenance, and repairAbility to troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve issues effectivelyStrong understanding of local electrical codes and safety standardsCapable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprintsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamLicensed Electrician designation requiredPrior experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work preferredPhysically able to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and working in different environmentsHigh school diploma or equivalent; electrical certification or trade school training is highly valued
