IT Infrastructure Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Support IRIS databases on Linux, both on-premise and in the cloud, which are critical for Epic systems like Health Connect, Claims Connect, and Membership Connect. Perform installations, support, troubleshooting, upgrades, patches, security, and incident resolution for database systems. Collaborate with vendors and utilize tools such as Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS). Plan, design, and build stable, recoverable, and integrated database systems. Provide 2nd level technical expertise on specific platforms, assessing interoperability and performance scalability. Lead the implementation of enterprise infrastructure systems, developing and documenting detailed standards.What You'll Need Minimum six (6) years of experience in an IT operations environment with distributed technologies, systems development, and/or networking. Minimum three (3) years of experience in planning, design, and implementation of security solutions. Minimum two (2) years of experience in configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and operation of security technologies. Experience in a technical leadership role. Proficiency with IRIS databases and Epic systems is highly preferred.
