We are committed to operational excellence, safety, and building long-term value for our customers and employee-owners.As an ESOP organization, our employees directly share in the company's success and play a critical role in driving performance across all areas of the business.Position OverviewThe Director of Support Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for the performance, optimization, and growth of ViaSun's support service functions, including Traffic Control, Shop, and Lab operations.This role ensures these functions operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively while supporting field operations and contributing to overall company performance.
