System Level Test Engineer (SLT) hardware Testing & Software Testing

Position: Senior System Level Test Engineer (SLT) Duration: 12 months Location: Hillsboro, OR - engineer who can work locally Rate: Open Visa: H1B/Citizen/C2C Experience: 5+ General Purpose / Objectives: System Level Test Engineer Exceptional knowledge of system-level test architecture, infrastructure (i.e., hardware and software) requirements, test case development flows, test case generation and selection Areas of Responsibility Developing system level test (SLT) platform, strategy, requirements, tools, methodologies across hardware and software. Collaborating with team members and partner teams to develop and integrate hardware, firmware, content, automation solution for SLT platform. Generate and leverage correlation, characterization, and performance data to optimize outgoing quality and power/performance. Manage production ramp and execution issues on OSAT for System Level Testing (SLT). Work on improving stability, test time and yield of System Level Testing at OSAT. Involve in RMA checkout, debug and dispositioning. This includes system level failure triage and debug across silicon, hardware, software as well as identification of test coverage improvement at ATE or SLT socket to plug the RMA gap. Product characterization and correlation for power/performance from system to ATE. Define, guide, and contribute to the development of the software automation infrastructure for SLT and system to tester correlation activities. Experience: Approximately 5-10 years of experience System Knowledge Boot flow Operating system System initialization Automation control Knowledge in Industry standards (HSIO) Strong in C#, Python, Git, Software Architecture (Power shell nice to have) Hardware and Software interfacing Windows service development WCF, windows communication foundation Design Patterns WPF, windows presentation foundation Specific or Entrepreneurial Knowledge: · Customer Focus (anticipates needs and proactively meets expectations) · Drive for results (actively pursues outcome, delivers on commitments) · Influence for impact (communicates, networks, persuades, influences) Judgement (scope problem, builds & applies knowledge) Education: B.E/M.E Environment : SLT, Characterization, OSAT for System Level Testing, RMA, ATE Job Types: Contract, Temporary Pay: From $50.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to Relocate: Hillsboro, OR 97123: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
