Human Resources Director

The Ford Agency is searching for an experienced Director of Human Resources for a growing Bethesda based professional services firm. The Director will work closely the HR team and oversee functions including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role will collaborate with a close knit HR team to best support corporate and staff needs. This is a 3 month interim role with the opportunity to be considered for the permanent position.Responsibilities Include: Oversee all payroll functions, including audits, data integrity and reportingCreate HR data reports and analytics for efficiency analysis and strategyFull-cycle benefits administration including 401K administration and open enrollmentManage employee relations, including policies and regulatory complianceMonitor and oversee compensation programing and utilizing benchmarking toolsWork collaboratively with the overall HR team on any special programming or initiatives Qualifications Include: Bachelor's Degree10+ years of HR operational experience, including full cycle payroll and benefits administrationStrong data analytics and reporting skillsExperience with McLagan or other compensation benchmarking tools a plusAbility to work effectively independently and as a collaborative teamCompensation: $80 hourly DOECandidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
