BVG Foreman, Landscape

**Description****The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.****Job Summary**+ The BVG Landscape Foreman oversees the installation of landscape upgrades for commercial maintenance accounts.**Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Conduct weekly job site inspections and complete job site checklists+ Oversee installation of landscape, irrigation, and site development materials+ Schedule and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment+ Ensure crew productivity, quality control, and compliance with safety protocols+ Assist in job scheduling and manage coordination with subcontractors+ Lead weekly tailgate safety meetings and ensure employee attendance+ Enforce on-site safety practices, including traffic hazard reviews, hard hat and safety gear checks, underground utility alerts and trade hazard evaluations, and general public safety assessments+ Maintain hazardous communication folders with chemical safety forms+ Report unsafe behavior or incidents to the Superintendent and Safety Office+ Submit accident reports in accordance with company policy+ Safeguard company assets and ensure proper use of materials and tools+ Support internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure proper segregation of duties+ Uphold confidentiality of proprietary information and comply with all laws, regulations, and company ethics policies+ Periodically reconcile physical assets with accounting records**Education and Experience:**+ Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or landscape installation+ Proven leadership experience managing crews on active job sites+ Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints+ Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment+ Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic+ Effective oral and written communication skills+ Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred+ First Aid certification (or ability to become certified)**Physical Demands/Requirements:**+ Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. (mulch, fertilizer, etc.)+ Ability to load/unload burlaps with plant cuttings onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.)+ Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day**Work Environment:**+ Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic+ Work near or about natural bodies of water+ Work 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work required)+ Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit+ Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time**_BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer._****_This job description is subject to change at any time._****_BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
