As a Store Manager, your role is very important in the company. You will be assisted daily by some of the best people in the business in ensuring you have the most effective tools and resources in leading dynamic sales teams!Responsibilities & QualificationsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceAssess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product featuresWelcome customers to the store and answer their queriesHire, Train, and Develop high performing Sales Advocate teams to consistently meet performance expectations"Go the extra mile" to drive salesMaintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areasActively assist your Sales Advocate team in prospecting for external business within the community and surrounding areasRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options, consistently model "what right looks like" as the team leaderProcess POS (point of sale) purchasesCross sell productsHandle returns of merchandiseTeam up with co-workers to ensure proper customer serviceBuild productive, healthy relationships with your Sales Advocate team and customersComply with inventory control proceduresSuggest ways to improve sales (E. X. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design) through collaboration with your Sales Advocate team and District ManagerSkills6 - 12 months proven work experience in a retail managementBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesProficiency in English, Bilingual is a plus!Basic Math skillsFamiliarity with, and accountability to standard retail operational and inventory practices (we coach and train the GMET way!)Track record of over-achieving sales quota, and leading teams to achieve the same consistent resultsHands-on experience with POS transactionsAccountability to monitoring and responding to group chat communication (WhatsApp)Solid communication and interpersonal skillsA friendly and energetic personality with customer service focusAbility to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely mannerAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
