This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, develop solutions, and production support activities.Learn more about our internship program here.What You’ll Gain:Real-world experience in ERP system operations and implementationExposure to enterprise business processes and technology solutionsOpportunity to work with experienced professionals in a collaborative environmentSkill development in ERP tools, business analysis, and IT supportResponsibilitiesAssist in daily ERP system operations and user supportGather and document business requirements from internal stakeholdersDevelop Reports in Oracle APEX, Billing Platform and Aptitude (AAH)Help troubleshoot system issues and document resolutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, and Supply ChainLearn and apply best practices in ERP system usage and supportQualificationsInternship Eligibility and RequirementsMust be enrolled in a full-time academic program, currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. Expected Graduation: Students must be on track to graduate in May or December 2027.GPA Requirements: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required to be considered for the position.Location Requirement: This is a remote internship based in Atlanta, Georgia.
