Job OverviewJob OverviewFairview is looking for a Supervisor- Timekeeping Integrity to join our team. The Timekeeping Integrity Supervisor is responsible for leading the day to day timekeeping activities, including work assignments, scheduling, performance management and documentation and process improvement efforts to ensure seamless payroll processing.ResponsibilitiesOversight of Timekeeping Integrity team, including day to day activities, workload, performance management and schedulingProject management skills (self-directed, with excellent prioritization, planning and organization skills)Provides exemplary customer services to all Fairview employees, managers, HR partners and outside vendors, agenciesActively leads the creation and implementation of process improvement for the timekeeping processCreates and maintains department process flows and standard work documentsRequired Qualifications3 years Payroll ExperiencePreferred QualificationsA.A./A.S.
