Fractional CFO (Chief Financial Officer) - Nutraceutical/Manufacturing SectorLocated in Marina del Rey, California, Dr. Schulze’s American Botanical Pharmacy is a leader in the natural health and wellness industry.The Fractional CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing strategic financial leadership to help build a more efficient, data-driven, and scalable business system. The fractional CFO role will focus on improving financial visibility, streamlining core processes, and supporting sound decision-making across our sales, marketing, and distribution operations. This is not a maintenance role - it is a revamp / builder role.Key Priorities:o Improve financial visibility and reportingo Build and manage scalable budgeting and forecasting processeso Support pricing, margin, and channel strategyo Optimize cash flow and working capitalo Provide strategic insight to guide growth decisionso Navigate complexity across multi-channel distributiono Evaluate resources and make recommendations on improvement and streamliningo Executes with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset to move initiatives forwardThis role is ideal for an experienced financial executive who thrives in dynamic environments and has a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector, cost structures, and operational efficiency.Qualifications:· Proven experience (10+ years) as a CFO or senior finance leader, preferably in a CPG manufacturing or industrial setting.· Deep understanding of cost accounting, supply chain finance, and operational metrics in manufacturing.· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with hands-on financial management capabilities.· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.· Multi-company experience a must· Experience with Software - Quickbooks, etc., ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
