JOB SUMMARY:
Front of House staff provide efficient service to all guests. They are responsible for taking orders, expediting & delivering food to guests, and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant or food truck.
As front of house staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and adept at stress management. FOH staff members will interact daily with guests or customers, handle customer concerns, focusing on customer care and satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Collaborate with the kitchen staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
Transport food orders from the kitchen to each pertinent location
Set up and maintain special event setups
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
Assist with stocking areas as needed
Assist in meeting the needs of our guests by providing efficient and friendly service
Use a walkie-talkie radio to communicate with other team members and leadership
Work with management to resolve guest questions and concerns as they arise
Wear and maintain the company uniform
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
HS diploma or equivalent preferred
Energetic , enthusiastic, and reliable personality
Excellent communications skills
Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
Must be available to work mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends (flexible schedules hours will vary)
Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances
Ability to work outside in all-weather elements
Ability to work in a food truck which may be cramped, in close quarters with other team members, and have exposure to high temperature heat indoors
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
You must be able to work indoors in a high-temperature environment while standing for extended periods of time.
This position is located inside a food truck where temperatures and humidity can be extreme. In addition, you will be exposed to heat, cold, rain, etc. outside the truck while still on property.
