An agent uploads a purchase agreement; the system reads it, extracts the parties and dates, builds a state-specific checklist, tracks every deadline, coordinates with title, lender, and attorney, and delivers a time-stamped daily summary. Pricing is one sentence: $350 flat per closed transaction, first one free, no charge if the deal doesn't close. Founded and built by a licensed Michigan real estate agent (since 2008) and former transaction coordinator who wrote the platform herself — over 750,000 lines of code. We serve agents in all 50 states, DC, and the U.S. territories.Role DescriptionThis is a commission-only, contract (1099), fully remote Sales Representative role. You'll introduce StellarClose TC to real estate agents, team leads, and brokerages, send or present a short product demo, and guide interested agents to sign up — their first transaction is free, so the ask is small and the product proves itself. You'll generate and qualify your own leads, follow up on inquiries, and manage your pipeline. You'll work directly with the founder, who answers her own phone, and your feedback from the field will shape the product.Compensation is uncapped commission on closed transactions you bring in.
