You will be responsible for strengthening our security posture, monitoring threats, supporting compliance, and driving proactive security initiatives across the organization.IT operations responsibilities will serve as a secondary component of the role, ensuring foundational system reliability while enabling a secure, scalable, and well-managed environment.Job ResponsibilitiesCybersecurity & Risk Management (Primary Focus)Lead implementation and continuous improvement of security best practices across systems, networks, and cloud environmentsMonitor for vulnerabilities, threats, and anomalous activity using modern security toolsManage and enhance identity and access controls including MFA, RBAC, and Azure AD security policiesOversee endpoint protection, threat detection, and response capabilitiesParticipate in and help lead incident response, investigation, and remediation effortsSupport compliance initiatives including SOC 2, audit readiness, and security documentationConduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation effortsPartner with engineering and DevOps teams to embed security into development and deployment processesIT Operations & Infrastructure (Secondary)Provide support for user systems, devices, and applications as neededServe as the technical lead for customer IT setupsManage user provisioning, access control, and onboarding/offboarding processesAssist with network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and connectivitySupport system patching, updates, and maintenanceMaintain IT documentation and asset inventoryJob Requirements3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, systems security, or related rolesStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles including identity management, threat detection, and risk mitigationExperience with Microsoft environments including Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Windows systemsFamiliarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)Hands-on experience with security tools and practicesPreferred QualificationsExperience securing Microsoft Azure environments (identity, networking, monitoring, security controls)Familiarity with SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat detection toolsExperience with vulnerability management and incident response processesScripting experience (PowerShell preferred)Exposure to DevOps security practices and infrastructure as codeCertifications such as CompTIA Security+, Azure Security Engineer, CISSP, or similarStrong understanding of Identity and Access management, threat detection and response, vulnerability management and risk mitigation strategies.Equal Employment Opportunity Company:HuLoop is an Equal Employment Opportunity company that offers an excellent benefit package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K.The company also offers paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.Potential candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
