- Practice in Skilled Nursing (SNF) and Assisted Living, (ALF) facilities- RVU based compensation; make well into the $300s depending on number of patients seen (12 patients is the minimum)- Possibility of additional Medical Director stipend of $15k+ per year-Typically cover one facility per day- AI for instant, intuitive charting- Lots of autonomy: M-F schedule with ability to leave once patients are seen and responsibilities finished, typically well before 5:00pm.- No call- Medical, dental, 401k, etc- 13 paid holidays
