Our marketing team is responsible for driving pipeline across these service lines, working closely with sales and our technology partners to generate and convert demand.The roleWe're looking for a hands-on campaign executor to drive pipeline growth across the US market.This is an individual contributor role reporting into the Global Head of Marketing. You'll work as part of a collaborative team, contributing ideas and flagging what's working in the US market while taking GTM strategy and running with it in execution. Your job is to make sure campaigns land well, follow through to outcomes, and improve over time. You'll also act as the primary marketing point of contact for the partners tied to your campaigns.This is neither a strategy role nor a coordination role. We need someone who can take a plan, execute it properly, and follow all the way through to outcomes.What you'll ownCampaignsExecute campaigns end-to-end across email, paid, events, content and partner channels, based on our go-to-market strategyOwn implementation across a portfolio of campaigns each quarter, with clear pipeline targets by service lineContribute ideas on positioning, offers and channel mix, and flag what's resonating or not in the US marketIdentify execution gaps and follow-up opportunities based on in-flight performanceLead retros after each campaign and roll learnings into the next onePartnersAct as the primary marketing point of contact for partners tied to your campaigns (e.g. Databricks, Sanity, AWS and others)Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, coordinating assets, timelines and follow-upExecution and qualityWrite campaign messaging, emails, landing pages and briefs to a high standardManage paid campaigns (LinkedIn and similar) where relevantSet up and QA campaigns correctly in HubSpot, including tagging, UTMs, naming conventions and list managementSupport event and field marketing activity: webinars, conferences and follow-up sequencesMake sure campaigns don't stop at launch; follow-up and lead nurturing are part of the jobReporting and optimisationSet measurable goals for each campaign (MQL, SQL, influenced pipeline)Monitor in-flight performance and make optimisationsReport results confidently, connecting activity to pipeline and revenue rather than just engagement metricsIdentify trends across campaigns and propose where to double down or stopCollaboration and coachingWork closely with content, design, web and sales to get campaigns live to a high standardInformally coach the marketing coordinator and specialist on campaign planning, execution and processContribute to how the team plans and prioritises campaigns, not just what gets executedWhat we're looking for7+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in digital services, agency or consultancyProven track record running campaigns end-to-end, not just supporting themExperience owning partner or co-marketing campaignsStrong with HubSpot (or equivalent MAP), not just sending emails but understanding how campaigns connect to CRM and pipelineComfortable in Salesforce for pipeline visibility and campaign attributionExperience running paid campaigns (LinkedIn or similar)Strong copywriting across emails, landing pages and campaign messagingCommercial mindset: understands how marketing connects to revenue, not just MQLsAble to operate with minimal direction and take full ownership of workComfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-moving environmentHow this role will be measuredMarketing-influenced pipeline by service line, per quarterQuality and consistency of campaign executionCampaign ROI and follow-through to outcomesContribution to how the team improves its planning and deliveryLocation and logisticsBased in Chicago (hybrid, 3 days in office)Reporting into the Global Head of MarketingWe continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets.
