Program Manager, Implementation (Launch)
For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Implementation (Launch) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will drive complex launch programs that support healthcare partners through implementation, coordination, and adoption. You will own cross-functional workstreams from planning through close-out, ensuring milestones, KPIs, and stakeholder priorities stay aligned. The position requires strong program leadership in healthcare environments, with a focus on operational execution, data-driven decision-making, and support for teams navigating competing demands.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage launch workstreams from definition to close-out, ensuring clear milestones and task structures Define and monitor KPIs to assess launch goal achievement and analyze program data for actionable insights Align cross-functional teams on launch priorities and navigate competing internal and external demands Leverage AI and automation to streamline reporting and enhance operational efficiency Support team members with program-level challenges and contribute to onboarding initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field; significant experience may substitute for education 6+ years in healthcare program or project management Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder programs with competing priorities Familiarity with ambulatory EHR environments and their impact on workflows Proficient in project tracking tools like Monday.com, Jira, Salesforce, or Tableau Willingness to travel 10-25% for partner practices and meetings
