Role Description This is a full-time role for a Plant Health Care Applicator and Sales Specialist based in Nashville, TN with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. The role involves applying plant health care treatments, diagnosing plant health issues, and identifying appropriate solutions. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, preparing service proposals, and providing expert advice on tree care. The individual will play a vital role in achieving sales targets and maintaining high service standards while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in plant health care applications, pest management, and disease diagnosisKnowledge of arboriculture, tree care practices, and plant health assessmentSales and customer relationship management skills, including proposal development and account managementStrong observational and problem-solving abilities for diagnosing plant issuesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentCertified Arborist or pesticide applicator license is preferred but not requiredA valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the service area is necessary
