The perfect candidate will guide the program with a strong dedication to educational excellence, clinical care, and research activities.Main Responsibilities:Manage all facets of the fellowship program, including curriculum design, faculty involvement, and adherence to ACGME standards.Guide and assess fellows, fostering a nurturing and academically challenging environment.Work in partnership with institutional leadership to promote program objectives and strategic goals.Maintain an active clinical practice and engage in scholarly pursuits.Requirements:Board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.A minimum of 3 years of experience in graduate medical education.Proven leadership, teaching, and administrative capabilities.Eligibility for medical licensure in Florida.We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes a competitive guaranteed base salary with a productivity bonus, 403B plan, medical insurance, paid time off, CME allowance, CME days, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.ABOUT US: For over a century, our not-for-profit organization has delivered outstanding inpatient and outpatient healthcare across more than 35 specialties.
