Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and experience with injectable treatments, including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality aesthetic services and ensuring patient satisfaction through effective assessment and treatment. Responsibilities: Perform Aesthetic Services: Administer treatments such as Botox/Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Microneedling with PRP, Morpheus8, Lumecca IPL, Chemical Peels, PRP under-eye injections, PRP hair restoration, Sculptra &* IV drip hydration*. Patient Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments, including Good Faith exams, medical history reviews, and personalized treatment plans. Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records, including patient charting and before-and-after photos. Safety Protocols: Uphold stringent hygiene and safety standards during all procedures. Patient Education: Provide comprehensive information on treatment options, potential side effects, and aftercare instructions. Requirements: Licensure: Valid California RN license. Experience: Proven experience in administering injectable treatments; familiarity with aesthetic procedures is preferred. Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Knowledge: Understanding of health and safety guidelines, sterile processing techniques, and infection control measures.
