Rental Agent

We have an opening for a sales and rental agent on our Budget team in Wichita, KS. Budget's work environment is collaborative and team oriented with a high emphasis on rewarding individual contribution as well. Our sales representatives at can earn from $15-$18/HR, or more, after commission. Benefits are offered with PTO, Sick time, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K Matching, Paid Holidays, and Holiday Pay.Hours of Availability: 7am-6pm, M-Sun.Job DutiesFull Time and Part TimeGreet customers using standard dialogueAddress customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.Perform vehicle exchanges and extensionsInspect incoming vehicles for new damageReport damages to on-duty supervisorScan returning vehicles back into systemProvide computerized receipt to customerMaintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when neededRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1 year of customer service experienceProfessional communication skillsProblem resolution experienceMinimum age of 18Valid driver's licenseClean driving recordSalary Description
