The Joint Chiropractic – Warwick, RISTART DATE: JUNE 1Pay: $20/hour base + commission bonusesSchedule: Full-time including SaturdaysClinic Hours: 10am–7pm (evenings and weekends required)Our MissionAt The Joint Chiropractic, our mission is simple: make routine chiropractic care affordable, convenient, and accessible so more people can feel and move better every day.Wellness Coordinators play a direct role in that mission by helping patients understand their options and commit to consistent care that delivers results.About The RoleThis role combines front desk operations, sales, and community marketing.You will help convert patients in the clinic while also generating new leads through events, outreach, and social media content.We are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging both in person and on camera.This is not a passive front desk job. It is a goal-driven, performance-based role in a fast-paced retail wellness environment.Core ResponsibilitiesIn-Clinic Sales & Operations (Primary Focus)Build immediate rapport with patients and create a welcoming experienceProactively engage and guide conversations toward care and membershipEducate patients on chiropractic care, pricing, and plansConfidently present options and ask for commitmentConvert new patients into recurring membersFollow scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational toneAnswer phones, schedule visits, and process paymentsMaintain accurate records and support daily clinic flowOpen and close the clinicMaintain a clean, organized, and professional environmentMarketing, Events & Brand RepresentationRepresent the clinic at local events, expos, gyms, and community partnershipsEngage with the public to generate interest and capture new patient leadsConfidently approach and speak with strangers in high-traffic settingsAssist in executing local marketing strategy (LSM)Participate in social media content, including being filmed for videos and promotionsServe as a high-energy brand ambassador inside and outside the clinicActively request and generate 5-star Google reviews from satisfied patientsDeliver a patient experience that consistently earns positive feedback and referralsPerformance ExpectationsThis is a performance-based role.
