Serving as the department lead (United States), reporting to the Director of Finance and partnering closely with the Global Director, Strategic Procurement to execute global category strategies, drive regional synergies, and deliver cost and value outcomes aligned with Group priorities.Leads regional sourcing and contract execution in collaboration with global category owners and senior regional stakeholders, ensuring optimal total cost of ownership, supplier performance, and delivery reliability. Accountable for maintaining effective day‑to‑day procurement operations across the region, including ordering discipline, supplier fulfilment, and goods receiving processes, ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to approved contracts.Drives the consistent adoption of procurement processes, systems, and governance standards, acting as a key control point to ensure compliance, operational consistency, and procurement effectiveness across all locations, with regular engagement with senior leadership including SVP‑level stakeholders.Strategic Procurement & Business PartnershipAct as the regional procurement point of contact for US stakeholders, supporting the execution of group-led sourcing initiatives in line with operational needsWork with the Global Director, Strategic Procurement to roll out global contracts and sourcing initiatives, ensuring alignment with local market requirementsSupport business teams in defining clear procurement requirements and ensure they are delivered through approved suppliers and processesSourcing, Contracts & Supplier ManagementLead end to end sourcing and contract execution across assigned categories, including RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract awardExecute sourcing activities in line with HQ category strategies and delegated authoritiesManage supplier onboarding, contract setup, and pricing implementation to ensure readiness for operationsMonitor supplier performance on delivery, quality, and service levels, and follow up on issues with corrective actionsEnsure use of approved suppliers, contracts, and pricing across all locationsCost Control & AnalysisPerform spend analysis and supplier benchmarking to support sourcing decisions and cost controlIdentify and deliver approved cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with Finance and OperationsProvide inputs for budgeting and forecasting, including pricing updates and cost driversTrack and report savings delivery and cost performanceProcurement Operations & Process ControlOversee day to day procurement operations across locations, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and approved supplier listsEnsure discipline in PR, PO, GRN and approval workflows, working with Finance and Operations to maintain controlMonitor ordering practices and demand patterns, reducing off-contract and maverick spendEnsure proper execution of goods receiving, invoice matching, and issue resolutionSupport rollout and usage of procurement systems and catalogues, ensuring data accuracy and consistencyPre Opening Procurement SupportSupport procurement activities for new lounge openings, refurbishments, and expansionsCoordinate with HQ Procurement on pre opening checklists, supplier selection, and contract readinessEnsure timely completion of ordering, supplier setup, and delivery schedules in line with opening timelinesTrack progress against procurement milestones and escalate risks or delaysWork with Operations and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and site readinessPerformance & ReportingTrack and monitor procurement performance, including savings, supplier KPIs, and compliance metricsProvide regular updates to Finance, HQ Procurement, and regional stakeholders on progress and issuesFollow up on identified gaps and corrective actions to ensure closureTeam Coordination & Capability SupportCoordinate across country teams, operations, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of procurement activitiesShare best practices and support on-the-job capability building for procurement and operations teamsReinforce adherence to procurement policies, controls, and ethical standardsRequirements: Minimum 9+ years of experience in sourcing & procurement, with a strong background in hospitality, F&B, airport services, or related industriesProven experience managing regional procurement across USA within a multinational environmentStrong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier negotiations, and category managementDemonstrated experience in cost optimization, financial analysis, budgeting, and total cost of ownership modelsAbility to act as a strategic business partner, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning procurement strategies with business objectivesExperience working closely with finance teams (FP&A exposure preferred) on budgeting and long-term planningStrong knowledge of procurement systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, ARIBA, Coupa, CheckSCM or equivalent)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPointProfessional certification such as CIPS, CPM, EIPM or equivalent is preferredDegree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related fieldStrong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skillsAbility to work effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-country environment
