Join us and be a part of a company that's making waves and empowering its people to do extraordinary things every single day!About the RoleThe Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that the production supply crib work is done safely, on time and to the right quality standards of the customer.What You'll DoLead onsite staff, including recruitment, hiring, supervision, and performance management.Oversee procurement activities, including tool crib replenishment and MRO purchasing.Drive cost-savings initiatives to meet site targets.Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and vendors.Ensure vendor performance meets quality and service expectations.Manage site financial activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.Create and maintain site documentation, reports, and operational records.Support the growth of THIS's business at the site through strong customer service and partnership.What You'll BringAssociates Degree is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferredAt least one year of experience with purchasing practices and proceduresAt least 3 years supervising staff, to include, hiring disciplining and terminating staffKnowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market for the siteExperience in integrated supplyIndependent thinker and learnerAbility to multi-task while paying attention to detailExcellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer expectationsSourcing experienceOrganized and ability to be flexibleWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive benefits package that includes:401(k) planHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid holidaysVacationEmployee negotiated discountsWho We AreFounded in 1923, Turtle is a fourth-generation, family-owned, and three-generation women-owned business, and one of the nation's largest independent electrical and industrial distributors.
