The Customer Service Representative isresponsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic wayAnswer telephone calls promptlyDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and useEfficiently assess customer needs for product or servicesEducates patients/clients on medical products and servicesFit and sell medical products and services to customersProcess customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computerKeep showroom stocked, clean, organized and presentablePerform other tasks as assigned or necessary, QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsExcellent verbal communication skills, especially over the telephoneAbility to work with diverse clienteleAbility to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
