Research Scientist
A company is looking for a Research Scientist to contribute to the design and improvement of leadership assessments and related talent solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop innovative assessment solutions and enhance existing products Conduct validation studies and ensure assessments meet professional standards and guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale assessment solutions effectively Required Qualifications Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a closely related field; MA-level considered with exceptional experience 1-2 years of experience in assessment design or implementation Advanced proficiency in R for data management and statistical analysis Deep knowledge of assessment development and psychometric methods Experience in managing large datasets and presenting findings to diverse audiences
