Key attributes of a MDM:Have proven experience in a complex saleUpwards of 15 different call points within focus accounts:Neurosurgeon, Neuro Oncologist, Radiation Oncologist, Epileptologist, Neuro Admin, Neuro OR coordinator, OR Manager, Radiology Director, MRI tech, APP’s, surgery scheduler, Residents/Fellows, Resident Coordinator, Purchasing, Hospital Marketing, etc.Willing to work with surgeon end user but also internal referring physiciansOR based selling, procedure is performed in the MRI, office based selling to broader care teamTravel as needed to drive utilization at existing accounts is the purpose of the roleDetail OrientedTactical business plans for focus accounts updated quarterlyFocus Account activity expected to be updated in SalesforceExperience with peer to peer sellingExpect consultant list to be used to advance LITT adoption in focus accountsChallenger Sale mentality/ willing to push for change in standard of care (Craniotomy is our main competition not competitive LITT companies)Experience selling clinically11 Clinical briefs commonly used with physicians to push evidence based medicine
