Day-to-day responsibilities include finding and connecting with potential clients, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and managing all aspects of the sales or rental process. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, our Real Estate Agents are responsible for effectively managing their time and pipeline to meet their personal sales goals and grow their business.QualificationsActive Real Estate LicenseStrong customer service skillsExperience in Real Estate sales and/or rentalsKnowledge of Real Property laws and regulationsAdditional qualifications that would be beneficial include excellent communication and negotiation skills, experience using Real Estate management software, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
