If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a sharp eye for detail, this is a sweet opportunity to build your career with an industry leader.What You’ll DoPrepare and produce high-resolution, press-ready artwork for productionCreate accurate product layouts based on templates and customer specificationsDetermine proper size, placement, and arrangement of artwork and copyClean, retouch, and color-correct images for optimal print qualityCreate digital mockups and renderings for virtual presentationsDraw precise paths and work extensively with Illustrator and Photoshop adjustment layersProof artwork thoroughly for accuracy in spelling, layout, color, sizing, and customer specifications prior to production releaseReview and revise files based on internal and customer feedbackCollaborate with Customer Service and clients to review, proof, and finalize artworkManage multiple daily projects while meeting tight deadlines — especially during peak seasonWhat You BringProficiency in the latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop required)Strong understanding of print production, pre-press preparation, and file setupStrong proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to identify and correct errors before productionExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and manage a steady workflow in a time-sensitive environmentClear communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetExperience with color correction and/or promotional products (a plus)Bachelor’s degree preferredWhy Join Nassau Candy?Competitive compensationMedical, Dental & Vision, AFLAC, & Pet Insurance401(k) with company participationPaid Vacation, PTO & HolidaysEmployee product discountsBusiness casual work environmentA collaborative, family-oriented culture with opportunities for growthPlease Note: This is an on-site position based in Hicksville, NY.
