Senior Counsel

A music technology company is looking for a Sr. Counsel of Mergers & Acquisitions to join their team. This individual will work on the legal team that is responsible for the mergers and acquisitions of the organization and will handle the legal side of deals from cradle to grave including deal structuring to post-closing integration. You will work alongside other internal counsel, external counsel, the organizations in-house paralegal as well as finance and business teams to draft, review and negotiate term sheets, letters of intent, purchase agreements and other related transaction documents. This role requires the ability to multi-task, managing competing timelines, work under pressure and deliver efficiently. This individual should have strong communication, high level acumen and strong drafting experience. While you'll work in a team, it is also important that you can manage work autonomously.This is a full-time position and allows for candidates to sit remotely ideally on the East Coat, but open to candidates elsewhere as long as they're working east coast hours.
