Vice President of Property Management

A well-established, real estate organization is seeking an experienced senior-level property management leader to oversee a large, complex portfolio of affordable housing communities.This role provides leadership across a portfolio consisting of approximately 1,500 residential units spanning 10 properties, including a mix of Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HUD-regulated assets. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction for site management and maintenance staff across multiple propertiesOversee day-to-day operations of a large affordable housing portfolioFull P&L ownership, including budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing regulations, and applicable landlord-tenant lawsPartner with internal stakeholders to support operational excellence and resident satisfactionMaintain a strong customer-service-oriented approach for residentsManage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining operational standardsQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience overseeing a large affordable housing portfolioExperience with LIHTC, HUD, and regulatory complianceEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree required
