Innventures - - Responsibilities: Transport and ensure prompt pickup or delivery of guests and their belongings.; Maintain knowledge of the hotel facilities and the surrounding neighborhood in order to answer guest questions and make local recommendations for places of interest.; Handle all guest complaints, questions or requests efficiently and satisfactorily.; Ensure the van(s) are clean, in good condition and have adequate gasoline at all times.; Assist in other departments of the hotel based on business demands and hotel needs.
