Great benefits and a fantastic work environment with long-term growth opportunities.Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:Development of engineering SOP's using manufacturing engineering practicesParticipate in concurrent evaluation and quality assurance design reviewsEvaluate and approve drawings, routings, specs, and other documentsDesign and procure tools/equipmentIdentify, evaluate, and solve production problemsLead training of assemblers to improve and introduce new processesPrepare/manufacture prototypes as required utilizing the principals of concurrent engineeringCollaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and design teams to ensure efficient and scalable processesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related fields is required3-5 years' experienceExcellent time management, problem prevention and solving skillsMRP Systems experience preferredExperience in metal fabrication, welding and topcoat applications is preferredExperience in flexible packaging or converting environments is highly desirable, including:Rotogravure and/or flexographic printing processesAdhered and extruded lamination knowledgeSlitting/finishing experience is a plusFlexible packaging equipment experience including VFFS / HFFS pouching, roll stock, and flow wrappingPlease submit a resume for consideration.
