The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a positive work environment. *Duties* - Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe development - Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation and service - Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Oversee shift operations and maintain high standards of quality and consistency - Support banquet and event catering operations - Contribute to the training and development of kitchen staff *Skills* - Strong culinary background with experience in the food industry - Proficiency in menu planning, preparation, and presentation - Knowledge of dietary requirements and restrictions - Ability to lead a team effectively with strong leadership skills - Experience in shift management and maintaining kitchen efficiency - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional dining experiences
