Dining Room Server

Compensation : $16.30 - $20 per hourWe are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and service‐oriented Part‐Time Dining Room Server to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, providing outstanding customer service, and being part of a supportive, team‐focused environment, we'd love to meet you.Schedule3-4pm start until 7pm. Number of days per week based on availability, 16-28hrs per week. DutiesProvide friendly, attentive, and professional table service to residents and guestsServe meals accurately, efficiently, and with a welcoming attitudeAssist with meal setup, plating, and presentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environmentCommunicate special dietary needs or concerns to kitchen staffSupport positive resident interactions and contribute to a pleasant dining atmosphereAssist with reset and cleanup at the end of serviceQualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.A positive, team‐oriented attitudeExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy environmentReliability and strong work ethicExperience in dining, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but we're happy to train the right person!)RequirementsApplicants offered positions will be required to complete a pre-employment screening process which includes criminal history and drug screening.About UsCRES manages multi-family housing developments in the Western US, which include affordable housing, conventional communities, and historic properties.
