Job Description HVAC Service Manager | $55,000 - $80,000 Salary DOE + Performance Bonus StructureIf you have strong leadership skills, a solid HVAC background, and a passion for developing high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you!Position Overview:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, and exceptional customer serviceManaging team of technicians & maintaining service schedulesOverseeing training and development ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policyInsure timely completion of HVAC service requestsMaintaining customer relationsDaily billing and warranty claimsOrdering parts & finalize technicians estimatesEnsure all vehicles are stockedPerformance reviews of TechniciansWork Schedule: Monday through Frida | 40+ hours weekly | overtime as requiredRedmond's Complete Comfort | Lock Haven PAOur Services are is Central PA | Lock Haven / State College / Williamsport and the surrounding area.Family-owned & operated, we are a full-service HVAC, plumbing, & electrical company serving central PA.
