Job Description Electrical Supervisor / Foreman – Federal Project (Lexington, KY)We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Foreman to oversee a crew of commercial/industrial electricians working at a Federal facility in Lexington, KY.This position will be responsible for supervising electrical crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications. Most of the work is indoors, and Davis-Bacon prevailing wages apply.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate a crew of electricians on-sitePlan and assign daily work activities based on project schedulesRead and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specificationsEnsure all work meets NEC requirements and project specificationsCoordinate with project management and other trades on-siteMonitor job progress and maintain productivityEnforce safety standards and jobsite complianceAssist with troubleshooting and resolving field issues when necessaryRequirementsMinimum 7+ years commercial/industrial electrical experiencePrior experience leading or supervising electrical crewsStrong ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specificationsAbility to pass background check and drug screeningValid driver's license required
