The brand is actively investing in social storytelling and expanding its reach with new audiences across key platforms.Location: Hingham, MA (Hybrid – 4 days/week in office) Duration: 6 months Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (4 days onsite, some flexibility) Pay: $62.50/hrThis is a highly collaborative, creative environment where social, marketing, merchandising, photography, and digital teams work closely together to bring engaging content to life. The culture is supportive, fast-moving, and very hands-on—with a strong emphasis on fun, creativity, and experimentation.The Senior Art Director, Social Content will lead the creation and execution of elevated, on-trend social-first creative across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (with Pinterest coming soon). This role blends strong visual design, light video editing, and storytelling instincts to build engaging, platform-native content that drives brand affinity and audience growth.You’ll own day-to-day creative for social channels—shaping what gets posted, how it looks, and how it connects to broader brand moments and product storytelling.A strong eye for fashion, trends, and visual storytelling is key—along with the ability to move quickly between polished campaign assets and lo-fi, in-the-moment content.What You’ll DoDesign and produce engaging social content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (and upcoming Pinterest)Create a mix of polished and lo-fi content, including short-form video (often mobile-based)Edit and enhance brand video content using Adobe After Effects and Creative Suite toolsDevelop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and always-on social storytellingCollaborate closely with Photography, Creative, Merchandising, Marketing, PR, and Paid Media teamsLeverage in-studio and on-set photoshoot moments to capture real-time content opportunitiesTranslate briefs into fresh, on-brand creative under tight timelinesHelp shape influencer and PR content moments, including seasonal activations and blogger initiativesPartner with performance marketing to elevate hero products and key storytelling prioritiesSupport cross-functional workflow improvements with Project Management partnersWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in social creative, art direction, or digital design (retail or fashion preferred)Strong portfolio showcasing social-first creative work across digital platformsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)Experience with video editing—especially short-form and in-app content creationDeep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and evolving social trendsComfortable working on-set (photo shoots, still life, on-model) and with real-time content captureStrong design instincts, storytelling ability, and elevated aesthetic senseAbility to manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlinesCollaborative, resourceful, and proactive working stylePassion for fashion, trends, and social media cultureWhy This RoleThis is a highly creative, hands-on opportunity to shape how a beloved fashion brand shows up in social media today—blending storytelling, design, video, and real-time content creation in a fast-moving and supportive environment.
