Join our team as a Specifications Representative where you will engage with the architectural and interior design community across your region. This role involves representing top industry brands, being a product and technical resource, and cultivating strong relationships within the design community.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Build key relationships to drive product specifications for EB Bradley & Wilsonart product lines.
Increase account volume through activity-based metrics & KPIs.
Conduct daily customer interactions and participate in industry events.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure specifications lead to orders and successful installations.
Maintain and update product libraries and CRM systems.
Assist in content creation for web and social media.
Perform additional duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong understanding of construction documents and specification processes.
Proficiency in Office 365 and telecommunication tools like Zoom/Teams.
Ability to analyze information using various tools like CRM.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
At least one year of field-related selling experience in the Architecture & Design industry.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly operate computers and other office equipment.
Must be capable of driving long periods and handling physical activities like lifting over 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
Primarily indoor work but may involve travel in varying weather conditions.
Role involves local travel and occasional overnight trips.
Travel:
Local travel primarily, with potential for significant daily mileage and some out-of-area travel.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
