Program Director

Partnering with a Global Consultancy that is looking for an experienced Owner's Representative / Program Director to lead the delivery of a large-scale data center development program. This is a senior leadership position responsible for acting as the owner's primary point of accountability throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and closeout.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mission-critical, industrial, large-scale commercial, or infrastructure projects and have extensive experience managing complex stakeholder environments, consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, and project risk.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the owner's lead representative and single point of accountability for project delivery.Provide strategic oversight of the program, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.Manage and coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.Lead project governance, reporting, and executive-level communications.Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution.Review and monitor project schedules, milestones, procurement activities, and construction progress.Ensure effective decision-making across all phases of development.Foster collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership.Qualifications15+ years of experience in construction, development, program management, or owner's representation roles.Experience leading large, complex capital projects, preferably within data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial developments, or similar environments.Background as a Program Director, Owner's Representative, Construction Executive, Development Executive, Project Executive, or similar leadership role.Strong understanding of project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively at the executive level.Proven track record of delivering complex projects from concept through completion.PreferredData center, mission-critical, hyperscale, or large-scale infrastructure project experience.Experience managing multi-disciplinary consultant and contractor teams.Strong commercial and contractual acumen.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
