Robert Half is partnering with a nationally recognized, full-service law firm to add a Corporate Paralegal to their Chicago office. This newly created role comes as the practice continues to grow, offering strong long-term stability and the opportunity to work closely with a sophisticated corporate team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys with corporate governance, entity formation, and ongoing entity maintenance across multiple jurisdictions.Prepare and manage organizational documents, resolutions, minutes, stock ledgers, and other corporate records.Assist with transaction-related tasks, including diligence tracking, drafting ancillary documents, coordinating signatures, and managing closing logistics.Handle annual reports, UCC filings, good-standing certificates, and related corporate compliance matters.Track billable time in a law firm environment and support attorneys with general corporate projects as needed.Requirements3–5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.Strong background in entity management and corporate governance.Prior law firm experience and familiarity with billable hour expectations.Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.Our specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches fast
