Free short- and long-term disability insurance and life insurance 2-4 weeks of paid vacation 401K with a match About the Role:We are seeking a Sanitation Supervisor responsible for ensuring that the duties and tasks in the Sanitation department (dish room) are completed effectively and efficiently. The Sanitation Supervisor leads all aspects of the dish room with respect to productivity, meeting KPIs, and ensuring proper internal and external customer requirements.Qualifications:Three to five years of sanitation experience, preferably in the food industry High School Graduate (or Equivalent). Strong Food Safety background preferred. Must be able to lift 30+ lbs. Responsibilities:Ensure compliance to Air Fayre's safety and HACCP programs Perform sanitation. Conduct required shift briefings as per company guidelines Ensure proper operations of the dish machines, sterilizers, compactor, recycle, and regulated garbage areas Provide training to new and existing employees Maintain records of sanitation activities, corrective action and food safety Activities on sanitation areas, including disassembly, clean, sanitize and reassembly of equipment Develop improvement opportunities in line with lean manufacturing standards Preferred SkillsAbility to communicate within all levels of the organization Spanish language skills preferred Action oriented, flexible and able to prioritize workload Team player, personable, and responsible Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible with work schedule and hoursJoin us in our mission to uphold the highest standards of quality in our products while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
