A global leader in business and technology servicesJob Title: Office Documentation AssistantLocation: Lufkin, TXDuration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr on W2(Inclusive all)Work Schedule: Monday – FridayJob SummaryThe Documentation Support Specialist will provide administrative and document management support to the documentation team. This role focuses on organizing, scanning, maintaining, and accurately processing customer and internal documentation. The position requires strong attention to detail, as documents are critical for customer delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesScan, organize, and maintain physical and electronic documentsPerform data entry into ERP systems (Oracle – training provided)Manage and organize PDF files using tools like Adobe Acrobat or KofaxMaintain accurate records of both physical and digital documentationAssemble document packages for customer deliveryEnsure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standardsFollow document retention and filing proceduresCollaborate with team members and support documentation specialistsRequired Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma (no college degree required)Strong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft OfficeAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently after trainingPreferred QualificationsExperience in document control, administrative support, or data entryExperience with scanning and indexing documentsFamiliarity with PDF editing tools (Adobe Acrobat, Kofax)Work Environment & ConditionsOffice-based role within a manufacturing facilityOccasional walking through manufacturing areas (not near machinery)Must wear steel-toed boots and safety glasses onsiteFast-paced environment requiring high accuracyNo work-from-home optionAdditional InformationNo specific industry experience requiredNo certifications requiredLanguage: EnglishAbout Trident ConsultingTrident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
