ThinkTek was formed with the specific purpose of providing its clients a tailored solution around Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Operations.Position Description: ThinkTek is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with experience using ATF (Automated Test Framework) to engage in designing configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet specific client business requirements.RequiredActive Top-Secret clearanceB.S Computer Science or comparable, can substitute work experience in lieu of degree.Two (2) years of experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator/developer.Experience using ATF (Automated Test Framework)Experience in ServiceNow development (GLIDE, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts, APIs).Attention to detail and the ability to listen to stakeholder business requirements and translate to a working, maintainable, technical solution.Produce tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, projects objectives, within predetermined timelines.)Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, error log analysis and researching solutions.ThinkTek offers telework and other flexible work arrangements to the greatest extent possible.
