If you have experience with project cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, we'd love to connect with you.📍 Location: Plainfield, IN🏢 Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)📦 Relocation: Candidates willing to relocate are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:✔ Prepare project cost forecasts and financial reports✔ Track project budgets and analyze cost variances✔ Compare monthly actuals against project baselines✔ Support multiple projects ranging from $10K–$1M in annual spend✔ Collaborate with Project Managers, Schedulers, and Project Controls teamsRequired Qualifications:✅ Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)✅ 2+ years of Project Controls experience (or 5+ years in lieu of a degree)✅ Strong Microsoft Excel skills✅ Experience with cost forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting✅ Excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:⭐ Bachelor's degree in a related field⭐ PMI or AACE certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, AACE-CCC, AACE-PSP, etc.)⭐ Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Maximo, PeopleSoft, Business Objects, Visio, Prolog, Passport, or AccessWe're looking for professionals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow their careers in Project Controls.📩 Interested?
