If you're an experienced, organized professional eager to be part of something extraordinary, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities Organize our case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate, and other administrative duties as neededWork with lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research on legal articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetingsArrange law office activity such as drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process serversConduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issuesPrepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits, under the supervision of a lawyerQualifications 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm settingMust have great time-management skills, and organizational skillsMust have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammarCompensation $40,000 yearly About Collins Family & Elder Law GroupCollins Family & Elder Law Group is a growing family law and estate planning firm serving clients across North Carolina and South Carolina. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive marketing professional to help manage the firm's day-to-day marketing, reputation, content, local visibility, and attorney-support efforts.This is not a "post on Facebook once in a while" role.
