Candidates must be willing to relocate to San Angelo, TX.Responsibilities Include:Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair optionsInstall, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sitesInstall water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures Handle emergency plumbing services, including water line leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, and moreEnsure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulationsCommunicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgradesProvide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choicesIdentify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenanceRecognize work that requires permitting and communicate with office to obtain permitsConsistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goalsEnsure accurate documentation of all work completed, including photos, notes, and hours workedFulfill on-call duties according to the department scheduleSafely operate and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipmentBenefits includes:100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental and vision401k & Roth 401k plans with up to 4% company contribution100% paid long-term disability insurancePaid life insurance plan2 floating holidays6 paid holidaysVacation payPaid weeklyRequirements2+ years of plumbing experienceJourneyman Plumbing License requiredCommercial experience preferredStrong understanding of plumbing systemsKnowledge of local plumbing codesAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsValid driver's licenseMust meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
