With over 400 engineers, technicians and professional staff, we’re proud to foster an inclusive culture of excellence and progression that’s dedicated to serving our customersCommitment to Diversity & Military VeteransBattle-Tested Leadership Experience100% Data Center FocusedOwner-Operator MindsetResponsibilitiesServe as point of contact for transfer of files, documents, records, and distribution with external vendorsCompile and maintain complex contract data to be routinely accessible and generate reports as requiredDraft, prepare, and proofread letters and documents to external partnersProperly create and maintain T5 Development internal filing structureAssist and oversee Development Coordinators by providing proper coding, routing, information, and coversheets as necessaryReview electronic document signature workflow (DocuSign)Create and maintain master schedules and hold all vendors accountable to project scheduleSet up initial project, budget, vendor, and billingsTrack contractual agreements, oversee change orders, and prepare cashflow projectionsManage timely monthly invoicing and support submission of pay applications, schedule of values, lien waivers, etcManage vendor contracts in accordance with project budgets and billing termsManage project change management, filing, and record keepingManage and create executive-level project reporting monthlyAssist in procuring external consultants such as special inspectors, commissioning agents, and design teams, as well as supporting the procurement of general contractorsCollaborate with internal cross functional team members including Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Accounting to maintain project alignmentAble to travel frequently if not localEducation And ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience4+ years of project management experience in constructionGeneral contracting experience required; data center experience preferredKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, And CompetenciesProficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD/Visio, and PDFStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
