Work with a mission-driven team that's making exceptional healthcare accessible to everyone. 💰This is a net-new Director of Demand Generation role reporting to the VP of Marketing who just started. You'll own pipeline targets and build scalable demand programs from the ground up with $200-235k base plus equity. We're looking to hire a talented Director of Demand Generation with 5-8+ years of experience to build a repeatable, data-driven engine that connects our mission and product to healthcare leaders. This is a builder role for a data-driven marketer who thrives in high-growth environments, brings both creativity and analytical rigor to their work, and is motivated by delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. You will play a pivotal role in our next phase of growth by designing and running multi-channel, account-based campaigns that engage key decision-makers and convert interest into qualified opportunities. What You'll Be Doing Own pipeline targets and be accountable for driving qualified pipeline and revenue through scalable, measurable demand programs. Build and run highly targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns across various channels to reach healthcare executives. Lead paid and organic growth strategies (paid search, paid social, SEO) with a clear focus on ROI and pipeline quality. Develop strong nurture and conversion paths through email marketing and lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel. Partner closely with Sales and BDR leadership on targeting, messaging, lead handoff, scoring, and feedback loops to ensure seamless collaboration. What We're Looking For 5 - 8 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in high- growth B2B SaaS environments (healthcare technology experience is a big plus) 2- 3 years of people management experience (at least one direct report). Experience in healthtech, agentic AI, or legal- tech high- growth startups/companies Experience implementing effective sales enablement processes to maximize the reach and impact of demand generation campaigns Experience building demand engines from early stages and scaling them as the company grows Strong Sales partnership experience, including lead management and scoring, enablement, and feedback loops A proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue by generating qualified leads for BDRs through highly targeted campaigns Long tenures and track record of promotions is highly valued Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms Experience partnering with Sales, BDRs, and RevOps. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail Must be able to work ~4 days/week from the San Francisco office.
