About the job Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. Your expertise and voice matter hereyou will be empowered to make a meaningful difference every day.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit.Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.Apply specialized pediatric critical care training and evidence-based practices in patient treatment.Document patient conditions, treatments, and care plans accurately and efficiently.Support families and caregivers through communication, education, and compassionate interaction.Required QualificationsGraduation from an accredited nursing program.Active Washington State Registered Nurse License upon hire.Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification American Heart Association.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification American Heart Association.Minimum of 1 year of PICU nursing experience (post-graduation).
