HVAC Residential Equipment InstallerOne Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Residential Equipment Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing residential heating and cooling systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and ductwork while providing excellent customer service and quality workmanship.ResponsibilitiesInstall residential HVAC systems including furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and indoor air quality productsReplace and modify ductwork as neededPerform startup, testing, and system commissioningFollow local HVAC codes and manufacturer specificationsMaintain clean and professional job sitesCommunicate with homeowners regarding system operation and recommendationsComplete installation paperwork and job documentation accuratelyWork alongside helpers and apprentices when neededQualificationsHVAC installation experience preferredEPA Certification requiredValid driver’s license with clean driving recordStrong troubleshooting and mechanical skillsAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoorsKnowledge of low voltage wiring and airflow principles is a plusStrong communication and customer service skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive payOvertime opportunitiesCompany vehicle (based on position)Paid training and growth opportunitiesSupportive team environmentSteady year-round workJoin a fast-growing HVAC company focused on quality installations, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.Compensation: $35.00 per hourJoin the One Hour Team!We want to make joining our team as easy as possible.
